Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using TFS Shrinks (“the Service”) you agree to these terms. The Service is provided by TFS (The Final Spell). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. License and permitted use
Each paid license grants one person access to the tier features on one device at a time. You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute the software. The Free tier may be used without restriction for personal and commercial projects.
3. Your content
All video processing happens locally in your browser. We do not receive, store, or access your files. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to process and distribute any content you upload.
4. Payments and subscriptions
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as our merchant of record. Lite is a one-time purchase. Pro and Ultimate are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or annually. You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
5. Warranty and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, encoding failures, or downstream issues arising from use of the Service. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on the site.
