If you're not satisfied with TFS Shrinks for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund — no questions asked. This applies to Lite (one-time), Pro, and Ultimate purchases.
How to request
Email hello@tfs.com with your order number (in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email) and we will process your refund within 2 business days.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a Pro or Ultimate subscription at any time from your Lemon Squeezy account page. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Partial-month refunds are not issued after the 14-day window.
Free tier
The Free tier requires no payment and is not subject to refunds.
